"The results are promising: fatigue has been reduced, the quality of leisure time has improved and families are more satisfied," concludes Viitasalo. Finnair has also agreed with Finland's Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on the measures to be taken in the event of other kinds of crisis that may require evacuation or humanitarian assistance. E very day, Finnair brings many aircraft filled with passengers and cargo from different parts of the world. A risk of spreading diseases clearly exists, and that's why there are clear plans and instructions on how to act to prevent pandemics, for example.
